As a Web Application & Software Tester, your responsibility is to accelerate the delivery and improve the quality of applications and websites we build. You will be responsible for evaluating product quality.

Software Implementer
Manages client implementations. To implement software at client sites. The role is also responsible for certain sales support in relation to complex sales as well as providing feedback to development teams on feature requests and enhancements. Contributes to achieving business objectives by delivery to clients. Responsibilities:
  1. Works with client and sales teams to define scope of project for client.
  2. Manages resources to deliver implementations.
  3. Agrees budget and manages project to this.
  4. Provides market feedback to product management.
  5. Schedules implementation resources.
  6. Assess QA of project plans and other deliverables as well as final implementation output (final sign off).
  7. Decides on appropriate time allocation for implementation projects.
  8. Suggests and influences appropriate fee structure for billing project.

Project Manager
The professional will be responsible for web development, managing multiple projects from initiation through post-launch implementation and maintenance, and directly communicating project status with clients, team members, and management. Functional understanding of clients' requirements and how to turn the same in reality is a must.
General projects usually include; a graphic design phase, a development phase (which includes the input of client content and product data into a full site management system with components such as; content management, social networking components integration, and ecommerce capabilities), and then a post-launch phase. Some projects include custom development to deliver client specific functionality.
Responsibilities:
  1. Communicating directly with clients to define and implement website requirements.
  2. Managing developers and outside resources in the development of approved site or application requirements from project initiation through post launch phase.
  3. Creating timelines and tracking progress of multiple projects making sure they are on time and on budget.
  4. PCommunicating project status to clients, and management
  5. Providing project estimates
  6. Development programming
  7. Experience with website design and development practices
  8. Strong communication and organization skills
  9. Internet development experience using open scource frameworks as well custom php code

Operations Manager
The chosen professional will be responsible for :
  1. managing existing operations and implementing new operations processes,
  2. managing expectations across all stakeholder groups;
  3. sharing responsibility for project success;
  4. the day-to-day management of organization processes, including performance management, plan monitoring and evolution, metrics development,
  5. Management of the procurement of all IT-related purchases; recommending infrastructure improvements;
  6. developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures; and maintaining computer operations, network, and telephone capabilities by utilizing a combination of internal resources as well as external vendors.
Candidates applying for Operations Manager position may have bachelor's degrees in computer science and engineering or information technology. Any applicant for an IT operations manager job should have five-plus years of IT operations experience and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at any given time.
